The heating element is made of high-temperature surface-insulated iron-chromium-aluminum electric heating wire of our patented product. The normal service life is more than 5 times that of traditional electric heating wire, and it has the characteristics of large surface load and corrosion resistance.

3. The melting furnace heating system adopts direct heating type stereo heating scheme, built-in high temperature resistant and low thermal conductivity polycrystalline mullite fiber, which is matched with ultra-lightweight and high-density furnace material to make the furnace body more evenly heated, heat and melt. Faster. Compared with the traditional heating method, the energy saving effect is remarkable. Energy consumption is only one-half of that of refractory bricks. Compared with the current mainstream electromagnetic heating method, it is one-third of energy saving. In addition, there is no radiation, eliminating the occupational disease caused by electromagnetic radiation. At the same time, due to the high efficiency of heat insulation, the temperature of the furnace table is low, which reduces the burn injury.
